? Can I cancel a reservation?

Weroom allows users who are listing their available room(s) through online booking to choose their cancellation policy. The cancellation policy is applicable for a accepted and confirmed booking.
We strongly advise you to check your booking before confirming to avoid cancellation with potential fees involved.

Below are indications of what each cancellation policy means:

Cancellation policy: flexible
- Any cancellation requested more than 5 days before the start date will only be charged Weroom's service fees.
- Any cancellation requested 5 days or less before the start date will be charged the first month's rent (the money will be transferred to the user who listed their room) and Weroom's service fees (to Weroom).
- If the cancellation is made by the user who listed their room(s), you will be refunded the total amount.

Cancellation policy: moderate
- Any cancellation requested more than 15 days before the start date will only be charged Weroom's service fees.
- Any cancellation requested 15 days or less before the start date will be charged the first month's rent (the money will be transferred to the user who listed their room) and Weroom's service fees (to Weroom).
- If the cancellation is made by the user who listed their room(s), you will be refunded the total amount.

Cancellation policy: strict
- Any cancellation requested more than 30 days before the start date will only be charged Weroom's service fees.
- Any cancellation requested 30 days or less before the start date will be charged the first month's rent (the money will be transferred to the user who listed their room) and Weroom's service fees (to Weroom).
- If the cancellation is made by the user who listed their room(s), you will be refunded the total amount.
