? What happens when a booking is declined?

If your booking request is declined, the booking amount will not be charged to your bank account. The bank imprint will be automatically released provided, your bank card was not saved.

If the user is unresponsive after the set response timeframe (48 hours or 5 days), your request will be automatically declined. The bank imprint is released if you have not saved your bank card, the booking amount will not be withdrawn from your account.
