This can happen for a variety of reasons. Most declines are generic so we do not have much specific information as to why a charge was declined. Some reasons could be:

- There are insufficient funds in the account
- There is a limit to the amount you can pay online
- The bank restricts certain transactions, this could occur if you do not have any transaction history with Weroom

- Make sure the card numbers, expiration date and CVC are entered correctly
- Check that you have the full booking amount in your bank account
- Check with your bank that the maximum online payment amount cover the booking amount for the room
